Native American Infrastructure

Infrastructure capital for sovereign nations.

We invest in energy, digital, space and water infrastructure on tribal lands, in partnership with the nations that govern them.

Tribal lands hold the land, the power and the long horizon that infrastructure needs. We bring the capital.

Paitaq Capital is an investment platform dedicated to Native infrastructure, with tribal ownership built into every deal.

Strategy

What we invest in

Four platforms, one partnership model.

Wind turbines under a cloudy sky.

Energy

Solar, wind, storage, hydro and transmission.

A long, brightly lit aisle between server cabinets in a data center.

Digital and compute

Data centers and fiber, sited beside power.

Radio telescope dishes on a high desert plain.

Space

Ground stations, launch and recovery on sovereign land.

A concrete dam between red sandstone canyon walls.

Water and essential services

Supply, treatment and the utilities communities run on.

Large radio antenna dishes beneath a starry night sky.

Space

Sovereign ground for the space economy.

Satellites need ground stations. Launches need ranges and recovery sites. Paitaq is pursuing both on tribal land.

Partnership

On the nation’s terms.

  • Tribal ownership

Equity in the asset, not only a lease.

  • Community benefit

Jobs, revenue and power at home.

  • Sovereignty first

    Nothing proceeds without tribal consent.

  • Built to last

Structured for the life of the asset.

Siting Intelligence

Every tribal land area, mapped against the grid.

Our proprietary platform scores each area on transmission, substations, generation, gas and land, before the first meeting.

How the score works

Scoring weights, out of 100 points

  • Generation within 50 km25
  • 345 kV+ substation20
  • Land held by the tribe18
  • 345 kV+ line15
  • Data center market12
  • Gas pipeline10
  • Total100

Proximity, not availability. The score finds places worth a closer look. Interconnection studies and the nation decide the rest.

Private by design. We never publish scores for any nation’s land. Results are shared with the nation concerned.

Distances are measured from the edge of each land area. Alaska Native villages, off the 345 kV grid, are assessed for community energy and hydro instead.
